INS LifeGuard is a specialised nurse on call service staffed by qualified nurses and other healthcare professionals who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We know of no other company who can make that claim, and we feel it’s an important distinction.
INS LifeGuard products are designed to offer a wide range of solutions from easy to install personal in-home alarms and on-the-go devices (that also include apps) to fully integrated telecare and telehealth systems for villages and housing organisations across Australia. Services can also include integrated virtual care services such as Telehealth Services, a Free Nurse and Health Information Chat Line, Welfare Checks and a Free INS LifeGuardian Connect® App.
As the only nurse on call service in Australia INS LifeGuard also monitors the hardware of other providers and provides call centre solutions to the health and home care market as well as niche markets.
The INS CareCall division originally took over Baptist CareCall incorporating the supply and maintenance of Baptist CareCall's existing alarm hardware, whilst monitoring of any alarms was provided through INS LifeGuard’s unique emergency response centre, which is staffed by qualified nurses.
INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
We provide inbound call centre and customer service solutions for organisations in the healthcare sector. We offer telephone health information and advice, nurse triage services, welfare and patient care support.
Our telephone answering service provides medical, healthcare and service providers with 24/7 call centre solution support. All incoming calls are handled by highly qualified nurses and dedicated patient care coordinators trained to manage your inbound calls. Moreover, calls are professionally answered in the company’s name.
