INS LifeGuard is a family-owned Australian Health Care Company and a leading provider of Emergency Response, Medical Alarm and TeleHealth systems — the only one that exclusively employs health care professionals to respond to all alarms. And now, we’re excited to be bringing our innovative products and services to New Zealand.
Our new LifeGuard SmartHome IPD is a unique, patented system that can put Personal Emergency Response, TeleHealth, Virtual Nurse or GP Consults, Home Automation, Voice and Internet services, Social Networking and much more right at your fingertips. It consists of a purpose-built computer that wirelessly sends and receives signals to and from various transmitters and assists with monitoring a person’s health, right in their own home.
Since its release, we have continued to add functions, features and improvements over the air whilst also addressing feedback we continue to receive from our valued clients. I am pleased to say that the response to the SmartHome IP Dialler has been amazing, with many new clients coming on board.
The fact that all medical events are handled by qualified nurses is unique to INS LifeGuard, and we feel it’s an important distinction. It means emergency personnel can be engaged quickly if required, and our nurses can not only share personal details but also medical information that could save a life.
