Today’s care recipients are involved in directing their own care and expect more from their healthcare providers. TeleHealth offers significant benefits to healthcare professionals and care recipients alike. TeleHealth services let you connect with clients in their own homes, improve clinical workflows, and triage and prioritise care delivery. Clients can receive more frequent visits/follow-ups and better outcomes because of timelier access to health care professionals.
INS is developing an option for community aged and disability care providers to provide their own TeleHealth / virtual care services via the client’s existing LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler. Finally, TeleHealth services can be made available to the masses, moving us away from never-ending pilots.
By leveraging the existing equipment already installed in the client’s home, there is no need for additional equipment, software, education, or worrying about additional mobile or internet connections — it’s already in place! Even if your clients don’t currently have the LifeGuard SmartHome IP Dialler, it can be funded under their current community or disability care packages.
By using TeleHealth services for clinical appointments and consultations, your organisation can enjoy significant savings in care costs, such as travel, while providing even more services under their current care packages.
